Finally normal food! After a week of noodles with chicken, noodles with beef - or something very special - noodles without anything, we went to Burger King in Kuala Lumpur today. The feelings of happiness in my stomach at finally having something familiar again are difficult to describe.
Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur
Later we took the monorail from the central station “KL Sentral” to the Bukit Nanas stop to reach the Petronas Twin Towers from there.
The 452 meter high twin towers are truly impressive and the architecture is breathtaking. Below the towers there is a large shopping center, where we passed the time until sunset - the towers look even better in the dark. We took a lot of photos with different settings.
Update: We didn't have much time in Kuala Lumpur on our Southeast Asia trip in 2011, so we didn't go to the viewing platform. We have this But made up for it in 2015.
