Planespotting at Boeing Plant / Paine Field Airport

Boeing's largest and most important production facility is located about 50 kilometers north of Seattle. The Boeing 747, 767, 777 and 787 wide-bodied aircraft are manufactured in the second largest building in the world right next to Paine Field Airport (Snohomish Country Airport). As with every visit to Seattle, this time we were at the Boeing plant for plane spotting.

Plane spotting at Munich Airport

Munich Airport is the second largest airport in Germany. It has two parallel runways (South 26L/08R and North 26R/08L), which are used for take-offs and landings depending on the wind direction. Due to the relatively large distance between the two lanes, it is often difficult to change position during planespotting. As a rule, aircraft flying south or east are handled on the southern runway.

Experience BER - The Tour

Berlin Brandenburg Airport "Willy Brandt", BER for short, has been under construction since September 5th, 2006 on the southern city limits of Berlin in the Brandenburg town of Schönefeld. Whether and when it will ever open is still questionable at this point in time. We take the opportunity for a unique tour of the airport grounds.
